The best shawarma chicken sandwich in town. Their zatar is delicious too. In fact it's all good. Every thing I've tried there has been lovely. And the service is fast and polite, with the little extra pastry each time. Don't miss it.

When I entered the store, I was greeted with exceptional service. When I left the deli, I had the impression that the good people who run the store really love their work. It shows in the quality of their food and in the service they deliver. Five stars through and through.

What makes this place so great is consistency. I've been a patron for at least 5 years and the flavour of their cheese pockets remains the same. Service is courteous and line moves quickly. If you have never been there you might be surprised with the sweet treat they give away when you are at the cashier. They are also nice to our children, as we often visit with our family.

If you have an appetite, don’t go. I ordered the $10.50 “regular” size chicken shawarma; I had to double check with the maker that it was not small. I recall 2 years ago the portion size was perfectly fine, but they have cut down significantly. I wolfed it down in a few bites, and had to look elsewhere to fill up. On my way out I heard another customer confirming with the cashier if she was given a small instead of regular. I jumped into the conversation and said “yes mine was small too,” to which the cashier replied “sometimes the regulars look like small because the bread gets squished”

Top notch shawarmas and many other delicious dishes. They make their own in-house olive oil! Eat in or take out at reasonable prices with friendly staff.

Little Lebanon is by all means wonderful. Personally, my favorite item is the chicken pocket, and it’s top notch. They start with a fresh, rolled piece of dough and you get a choice of toppings and sauces. Then, the pocket is placed inside an oven where it’s baked evenly with the right amount of crisp! This is a family-owned business and they truly care about quality. You’re greeted as soon as you walk in, and they’ll treat you as one of their own. Must try!

Good place for a alright price.

The pockets are simply amazing here. It's like a wrap but instead a fine thing dough is used, then filled with meat and veg, and baked.

I’ve tried lots of donair/shawarma/pita places in Calgary and Vancouver, and I would have to say this is one of the best in Calgary. Definitely makes Top 3. Great service, lots of smiles, abundant meat if you’re getting it, and a great location right on 17 Ave. They also gave me a piece of baklava to go with my order. I would go back there any time.

I had the chicken pocket it was nice and warm made right in front of me. I didn't like the taste of the chicken that was stuffed in the chicken pocket. It tasted like it was in the container for a few days. The salad (tabooleh) although it didn't look like it was cut fresh that day it was still good. I think there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of food quality and quantity.Their customer service was amazing.

This place is as always welcoming, the food is great. We ate the chicken Shawarma and spinach and feta pocket. The quantity is perfect and tastes good. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Great food awesome customer service and it's always busy. It's ready in minutes and they have takeout as well.try their chicken pickets I love that and majority of the time I actually order chicken pockets.

ALL of the food is good here. The family that owns it treats everyone so good and the customer service is amazing. Plus they give a piece of Baklava every customer.

Always good food, great shawarmas and cheese pockets. The owner and staff are always friendly and you might just get a special treat if you’re lucky! Parking might be tough some days but just park around the corner, it’s worth it.

It is Amazing!!! I get the donair it is loaded with meat..grabbed a cheese pocket tonight with my donair. Amazing, 7 cheese blend in fresh dough. And popped in the oven, wow just awesome. Definitely grab a cheese pocket if you love cheese. The sweets are awesome, with delicate flavors. The prices are reasonable. Put it this way if I put my leftovers in the fridge, my roommates eat it. Go here you will be happy you did. I always am!!!

What a great discovery! Excellent place, delicious food, clean and tidy, lovely staff! I've ordered a vegan platter plenty of veggies, rice and falafel. Great pocket pies, all kind of sweets...we'll surely go back to try everything!

We really like your food ...its so good and fresh. Your service is good too no doubt about it. But if you wanna close early then you should be mention that you gonna close early . If you mention 9pm then why you guys are closed by 8.45pm.Its not happen first time and thats how am writting. We were there around 8.45pm yday and saw it was close.. the inside staff was preparing to close....Very disappointed.REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSEThanks for your reply. Let me clear the misunderstanding. I was at the front door between 8.45pm to 8.50pm on Tuesday with my kids.The "OPEN" sign was switched off. Then I tried to open the door but it was locked from inside. The staff inside turned back on me while I tried to open the door. I kept looking at them hoping someone will answer the door. I realized they are ignoring me and they kept cleaning. Really disappointing. If you dont believe me then next time will make sure to take picture and post here. ....Hope the misunderstanding is clear.

I changed my rate from 5 to 3. Last week we were there and a young man served our food (Asian look guy). It was amazing. He put enough sauce, good amount of vegetables and everything was great. I give that guy 5 stars. However today I got chicken Shawarma and my son got Falafel wrap, which was really disappointing, the lady that made the wraps put just a little bit of vegetable and sauce. Even though I asked for more she ignored me. My food was very dry, I didn’t enjoy it at all, really didn’t worth the price and time. 2 stars for today food.

Love love love this place. The family that runs it are so wonderful. Everyone who works there is just great. I absolutely love the chicken pockets. I’ve had a hard time trying anything else because I love them so much. The restaurant is always clean and they are very quick. All around a great little hidden gem!

Really good shawarma! They also have nice salads, sides and fatayer (mini meat/cheese/spinach pies). Their prices are pretty standard and they have plenty of seating. They have upgrades their location since I have been going for the past few years and their business has definitely picked up. Glad to see Calgarians finding the good shawarma.

Food is amazing. Staff are very hospitable and friendly. Always smells great every time I walk in. Staff always offer free baklava to their customers. I strongly recommend and the food is beyond amazing. it's no doubt why they are always busy.

Marry was a very nice waiter, very nice and delicious fresh food. The Taboola was amazing and delicious. The chicken pocket was VERY delicious, I really recommend it once you go there. The service was amazing and the facility was clean. I highly recommend this place and would go there again.

Absolutely love this place. My partner and I have only discovered this place 6 months ago, definitely love the food, the service, and the people who work here. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something new, it is like going out and receiving a home cooked meal.

Awful service. Food was cold and not what should be. Very little amount of food and poor quality food for your dollar. Much better donair place across the street a few blocks towards downtown. Make sure you ask to have it warmed up as the potatoes and rice were painstakingly COLD and tasted old and we were eating out so had no means of even re heating.WE ASKED TO HAVE A MEAL CHANGED WITHIN SECONDS OF PLACING NG IT AND THEY ALSO SAID NO WAY.Never going back. This used to be good several years again. Now I wouldn’t take anyone there as it’s terrible quality, quantity and service.I see the owners answers to all bad reviews is please try us again.... why don’t you give unhappy clients a free meal to try you again?? It’s not our fault we had a terrible meal.

Pretty good value and really good food. Also, if you eat in you get a complimentary baklava. Definitely worth a try if you are in the neighbourhood.

A regular sized Mixed wrap here is SO AMAZING that i can’t wait to come back!! They give a freshly made bakhlava sweet to top it off!!
